Aquarium Digital Engagement, the interactive division of McCormick Company, seeks experienced digital professionals to join our growing team: Digital strategist candidates must have direct experience creating and executing dynamic digital and new media engagement strategies. They must be comfortable recognizing and pursuing business development opportunities. Requirements • Minimum 4 years' experience developing strategic communication plans using digital media • Passion for and solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals • Proven ability to write for the Web with solid digital content creation credentials • Experience in Web usability and development, including CMS and e-commerce applications • Strong understanding of search optimization best practices • Experience in creating and executing effective e-mail marketing campaigns • Familiarity with and demonstrable experience using major social media platforms • Outstanding consulting, presentation and communication skills, coupled with the ability to understand how digital solutions can impact client business objectives • Ability to think creatively, generate innovative ideas quickly, perform well under pressure and provide strategic leadership to multidisciplinary teams Additional Desired Skills • Thorough understanding of Google Analytics and ability to interpret reports into actionable items • General understanding of online advertising, tracking, optimization, analysis and reporting • Experience in managing search marketing campaigns via Google Adwords or other bid management applications • Entrepreneurial spirit with strong desire to provide client service second-to-none All Aquarium Digital employees are expected to learn quickly, display a positive attitude and work collaboratively with others.
