Digital project manager candidates must have direct experience coordinating day-to-day project details in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple deadlines and communicating project status through continual stakeholder contact. Requirements • Minimum 3 years' project management experience on both quick-turn and longer-duration projects • Proven ability to effectively proofread and test project deliverables and enforce quality assurance processes • Strong organizational skills to track multiple projects and effectively facilitate team and client meetings • Experience in developing accurate project plans and estimates, as well as accurate expense tracking as project unfolds • Strong drive to meet or exceed expectations and deadlines • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, plus an understanding of best use of available resources • Ability to engage in meetings and understand project objectives and details, and to present ideas clearly • Understanding of how to resolve or escalate issues in a timely fasion • Ability to identify business development opportunities related to new or existing projects • Ability to perform well under pressure Additional Desired Skills • General understanding digital project processes, including web development, social media, database and application programming • Understand and interpret Google Analytics and be able to generate campaign tracking reports • Set up and manage search optimization and marketing projects via Google Adwords and other bid management applications • Understanding of e-mail marketing best practices to manage our campaign delivery platform, including client training, campaign execution and reporting • Willingness to seek continual improvement in work flow processes and offer solutions that raise the bar All Aquarium Digital employees are expected to learn quickly, display a positive attitude and work collaboratively with others.
